We use data to operate the platform, moderate content, route requests, provide support and — only with your permission — analyse website use.
Effective July 19, 2026Data is needed for sign-in, displaying user content, moderation, routing a request to the responsible manager, preventing abuse, support and product improvement. We do not use request fields to configure Google Analytics or Meta Pixel events.
A request is shared with responsible managers through work Telegram groups. Cloudflare and Telegram are used to operate the service; Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are used only after separate consent. Providers process technical data under their own terms and policies.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel do not load until you allow statistics in the banner. Manual events do not include Telegram usernames, phone numbers, age, messenger, request text or contact fields. You can change your choice below; a refusal applies from subsequent page loads.
We retain data for as long as needed to operate requests and publications, maintain security and support, and meet mandatory requirements. To ask for correction or deletion of data available to us, contact support and identify the relevant record.
We restrict access by work roles and use infrastructure with encrypted connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not post passwords, banking data or documents in public fields.
