Role of the platform

GirlsTours provides a catalogue, publishing interface, request forms and communication channels. It is not an employer, agency, payment intermediary or party to arrangements between users, listing authors and managers.

Age and legal compliance

The service is intended only for adults. Each user is responsible for following the laws of their country of residence, destination and intended activity, including visa and employment requirements.

Publishing and communication rules

• Provide truthful and current information
• Do not publish another person’s data without a valid basis
• Do not use threats, coercion, discrimination or misleading promises
• Do not request passwords, verification codes or banking access
• Do not distribute spam, illegal material or fraudulent schemes

Moderation and restrictions

GirlsTours may review, reject, hide or remove content, restrict account functions and request clarification after a rule violation, complaint or user safety risk. Publication after moderation is not a guarantee of an author or offer.

Arrangements with third parties

Users independently assess offers and confirm payment, duties, housing, documents, routes and cancellation terms. GirlsTours does not guarantee income, visas, employment, third-party safety or fulfilment of third-party promises.
